Is this a weight loss program, and how much weight will I lose?

Yes โ€” weight loss is a central outcome, and our results speak for themselves. But this is also so much more. You'll lose weight as a natural result of healing your relationship with food, your body, and your lifestyle. How much depends on where you're starting and how fully you commit, but our community has seen consistent, lasting results โ€” not the yo-yo kind.

Why is the programme vegan? Do I need to already be vegan?

No โ€” you don't need to be vegan to start. We spread vegan love and a sustainable plant-based lifestyle that provides powerful health benefits, while focusing on animal welfare and a sustainable environment. Many clients arrive as meat-eaters and naturally transition through the process.

Who is this program for?

This is for women who are done with diets and quick fixes. Women who know something deeper needs to change โ€” not just what they eat or how they exercise, but how they relate to themselves. If you're ready to do the real work, this is for you.

How do I know it would work for me?

That's exactly what the free discovery call is for. We don't take everyone โ€” we only work with women we genuinely believe we can help. On the call, we'll get to know your situation and tell you honestly whether this is the right fit. No pressure, no scripts.

What does the program cost?

How much time is involved each week?

The programme is designed to fit around your real life. Most clients dedicate 30โ€“60 minutes a day, which includes workouts, mindset modules, and any live sessions. Everything is flexible and tailored to your schedule during onboarding.

Do I need any extra equipment or paid apps?

No additional paid apps required โ€” everything is included. Your training is delivered through a user-friendly app as part of your programme. For equipment, your coach will assess what's available to you and build your plan around it. Home workouts, gym workouts, or both โ€” all possible.

How will this be different from everything I've tried before?
